3rd Annual POURS FOR PAWS!

Pours for Paws is back! Join us on September 12, 2012 at Anthony's Ocean View in New Haven for this fantastic wine tasting! There will be heavy hors d'oeuvres (favorites include the penne alla vodka, clams casino, and the infamous bruschetta bar!) and tons of wines to sample from all over the world. Music will be played by the Yale Symphony Orchestra Group. Doors open at 6:30pm be there on time to enjoy two full hours of food and drink!
Tickets can be purchased by contacting the Branford Compassion Club or the Greater New Haven Cat Project (GNHCP). Tickets are $45/person. Please write checks out to the GNHCP.

Willy's Pet Fair, May 20th, 11am-4pm

Branford Compassion Club will be represented at Willy's Pet Fair in Durham, CT on Sunday, May 20th. If you are in this area, be sure to stop by this terrific event. There will be live music, wine tasting, a silent auction, free pet photography, free pet nail-clipping, a free pet blessing, the best pet trick contest, a police K-9 demonstration, children's activities, and much more!

15th Anniversary Charity Gala

Branford Compassion Club, a local feline rescue organization, is celebrating its 15th anniversary of service to the shoreline community this year with a very special charity gala at the James Blackstone Library in Branford on Sunday, May 20th 2012 from 5:30-8:30PM. The evening will include a buffet dinner catered by Grace’s Kitchen, wine, hors d’oeuvres from SBC Restaurant, desserts from Lucibello’s Bakery, live music by Danny D, and an exciting silent auction.

 The cost is $50/person. Reservations may be made now through May 12th by emailing bccspecialevents32@gmail.com. Please include your name, phone number, and number of people in your party; you will receive a reply with instructions for rendering payment. Come enjoy a festive evening in the company of other animal lovers. This event is sure to be the cat’s meow!

 Branford Compassion Club is a non-profit organization run entirely by dedicated volunteers and dependent on donations and fundraising efforts to sustain itself. All proceeds from this event will help to provide food, shelter and veterinary care to homeless and abandoned cats and kittens. Thank you for your support. Bella Notte Pawsta Dinner


Come and experience a great evening – with a delicious Italian dinner provided by Branford Compassion Club members and the satisfaction of knowing you are helping homeless, abandoned, and feral cats.

The Bella Notte Pawsta Dinner will be held Saturday, March 10th, from 6pm to 8:30pm at St. There’s Church Hall, 105 Leetes Island Road, Branford, CT.

The all-you-can-eat pasta & meatballs dinner includes: Antipasto salad, Italian Bread, Dessert, Soda and Coffee. Wine will also be available for a donation of $4 per glass.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for children (under 12) and can be purchased at the door or in advance at Branford Compassion Club Feline Rescue & Adoption Center (2037 Foxon Rd, North Branford) during public hours on Saturdays from 11am to 3pm.
